About Me
25 years ago I first heard of facial gymnastics.
I remember very well my mother making strange facial expressions in the kitchen, accompanied by sounds I did not comprehend. She had found a facial gymnastics booklet as an attachment to a fitness magazine.
And after learning the exercises and working out in the mirror, she repeated her routine and facial gymnastics every night while tidying up the kitchen.
I remember my mom as a beautiful woman, and she still is at 77! And I remember that everyone (with the exception of a few envious friends) complimented her: since she started the facial gymnastics program her face was more toned, luminous, expressive and relaxed.
“Who is helping you?” They asked her. The road was already drawn for me.
My name is Diletta and I was born in 1974.
Years after that little book I started to research, study, read, watch videos, attend facial gymnastics classes, ask cosmetic surgeons.
Today I can say that I have acquired a broad experience and knowledge of what it is, how to do facial gymnastics and all the tricks to rejuvenate the face.
I tried exercises and tricks on myself, homemade creams and expensive pharmacy serums, I bought devices from all over the world, sometimes throwing money away, as well as other times with just a few euros I learned exceptional self-massages, and I learned from teachers of different nationalities.
I have developed short programs to be used in a few minutes before an important evening to open the gaze and relax the forehead, the daily routine for deeper treatments and specific exercises for a part of the face. In the same way, I also learned what should not be done, which is not facial gymnastics and that it can even be harmful to our face.
My greatest satisfaction was when, after just one month of my facial gymnastics program, my children told me “mom you look like Laura, but more real!”. Laura, 49 years old, had undergone a very successful facelift six months earlier.
